2017 created an exceptional vintage in the Barossa Valley producing intense, elegant, fragrant fruit. Grapes are hand picked from a single Centenarian Vine vineyard, grown and managed using organic principles, located in the central sub-regions known as Vine Vale.
Traditionally made using time-honoured techniques such as open vat fermentation, using a combination of seasoned French and American oak barrels for 2 ½ years, time to elegantly mature naturally with minimal intervention. Intense pretty red fruit notes of raspberries and exotic spice.
