Order Process

Bovino Co. processes monthly at our local butchers shop to ensure our orders are prepared with the utmost care. From placing your first order, we will require 14 days to prepare your first order. From there, we will schedule a consistent date and time for as long as your subscription lasts.

Paddock to Plate

Bovino Co. meat is prepared by our local, qualified butchers and chefs, vacuum-sealed and perfectly portioned into cryovac bags, ready for cooking or storing. Our meat is always delivered fresh, NEVER frozen, in eco-friendly chilled boxes. And the best part, free shipping no matter what! Bovino Co. is committed to supplying you with high quality, no-added hormone, export quality, pasture and ethically raised beef, finished on a highly nutritious grain diet for 150 days. Certified Black Australian Angus Beef - there isn't anything better!

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR WINE ORDERS

We deliver to these areas every week for wine orders, on Thursday and Friday. If you've chosen a subscription wine box, this will be delivered monthly.

  • Place your order by 11:59pm on Tuesday to receive it in the same week.
  • All orders placed after this cut-off time will be delivered in the following week, on Thursday or Friday. 

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR MEAT ORDERS

Meat orders will be delivered on the 28th, 29th, or 30th of the month.

  • Place your order by 11:59pm on the 14th of the month to receive it in the same month.
  • All orders placed after this cut-off time will be delivered in the following month's delivery run.

*Please note if your delivery day falls on a public holiday, your order will be delivered the next business day.
