2016 was an exceptional vintage in the Barossa Valley producing intense, elegant, fragrant fruit. Grapes are handpicked from a single Centenarian Vine vineyard, grown and managed using organic principles, located in the central sub-region known as Vine Vale.
Traditionally made using time-honoured techniques such as open vat fermentation, using a combination of seasoned French and American oak barrels for 2 1/2 years, time to elegantly mature naturally with minimal intervention.
